I am an experienced Architectural Designer with a record of working in architecture & planning. My practical experience is established with academic achievements through several years of study within the architectural profession. I have worked on a variety of high and low value projects such as house extensions, Hospitality, conferencing centres, portal frame buildings for industrial use, school refurbishment and sports stadiums.
I have been involved as part of a design team in various RIBA Plan of Works stages from Concept design to handover. Working on various projects has allowed me to be proficient in computer-aided design software and understand the use of various software packages.
Currently work as an freelanced Architectural Designer who is self employed working with various clients on a variety of projects from domestic extensions to hospitality and retail development. This involved drafting drawings for approval of planning and building regulations. This was from May 2001 to the present day.
My previous experence include working as an RIBA Part 2 Architectural Assistant. Employed for a multi-disciplinary Practice called Ward Mchugh Associates, i was involved in Stages 1- 6 of RIBA plan of works on various projects. The types of projects I have worked on are Sport Stadium projects. Industrial new builds portal frame buildings, Healthcare extensions and School refurbishments. I worked from March 2017 to February 2020.
