I have been a trainee in a commercial property department for 2 years.

I have a personal interest in property having bought and sold my own properties and currently looking for a BTL to purchase for investment (depending on how mortgage interest rates go!) so am well versed in the commerciality of property deals.

Skills I have acquired include excellent communication skills with all parties involved in transactions, from the clients to agents, other solicitors, brokers and lenders. I am able to engage and form ongoing relationships with clients, often resulting in returning happy clients.
