With over 12 years of experience in timber frame design and construction, I have developed a strong understanding of managing projects from initial design through to handover. I enjoy being involved in every stage of a project, ensuring designs are practical, teams are supported, and projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Previously, as a Senior Designer at Vistry Works, I managed projects from pre-construction to handover. I worked closely with architects, engineers, estimators, and site teams to review designs, solve issues before they reach site, and guide junior colleagues. My focus is always on delivering projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Previously, as Design Manager at Countryside (Vistry Works), I coordinated multiple projects simultaneously, working across departments to ensure smooth communication and problem-solving. I take pride in building strong working relationships with all teams and keeping projects on track.
