Customer service skills due to working with customers in retail. To achieve sales, while maintaining a high quality of service, in order to surpass store targets. This skill also being from previous employment in hospitality.

Interpersonal skills- from working alongside a wide range of people, varying in age etc. Understanding that everyone has their individual needs that must be met- finding solutions to do so. Team work in a work environment being very important.

As I am always able to communicate and work effectively as a team, forming strong relationships fast- as I'm very easy to get along with. I pride myself on being a punctual person. In and out of work. It sets the standard at which I intend to carry out my job role in.
