Rosalind Ledger

I am a qualified Person-Centred counsellor with experience working with both online and face to face clients. I have a particular interest in working with young adults and have worked with a diverse range of students from different backgrounds and cultures.

I have 10+ years working with young people ranging from Early years up to college age in a diverse range of settings. I have worked with students from diverse cultural backgrounds, most recently as a counsellor at a sixth form college where I carried out short term therapy for students with complex issues ranging from substance abuse, depression, anxiety and attachment disorders. I have run language interventions in different schools as well as training staff in how to deliver assessments and interventions.

I have extensive experience working with SEN and supported as a TA in a secondary specialist school in Tottenham. I worked as part of a Speech and Language Therapy service where I delivered group and one to one therapy as well as supporting parents to support their children. I have extensive knowledge of multi-disciplinary working and am trained and experienced in safeguarding young people.

I am trained in Person-Centred therapy at a Foundation Degree level

I have completed Levels 2, 3 and 4 Counselling Skills

I have completed Safeguarding training for adults and children

I am qualified at degree level
