Rose Akudo

Hello, I am Rose Okoh , and I am venturing into doing a registered nurse degree apprenticeship. I am currently a Senior carer in a care home for 3 years and I was a care worker for 2 years and I have a Level 5 and 3 in health and social care.

I have experience with vital signs as well as end of life care, I have worked with dementia patients as well as elderly individual. I am first aid trained and have first aid experience. I have a Foundational knowledge of evidence based practice , as well as great experience with documentation and recording plans , as well as a great knowledge in fluid balance.

I also understand the role of a nurse and a nursing associate and I am able to take on working under supervision and being a great team worker.

I have a Level 5 health and social care and a level 3 qualification as well as currently waiting for my Level 2 functional skill maths and English
