I graduated from Sheffied College after 3 years of studying Hospitality & Catering. I have a broad range of work experience in Hospitality including management roles, however, I feel that I need a change of career and working for the NHS is what I am looking for, expecially the emergency services aspect. I would eventually like to be a paramedic.
I started as a Chef but then moved to front of house where I was able to utilise my skills to organise rotas, do the banking and inputting of sales data, set up the promotional displays and liaise with members of the public to make sure that their events ran smoothly and to sort out any problems they had.
I attended South Axholme School in Epworth, Doncaster and then studied Hospitality and Catering at Sheffield College for 3 years gaining City & Guilds levels 1, 2 and 3.
I have since undertaken training at Marstons plc with regard to furthering my career.
