A designer with over 5 years of experience exploring how people navigate services within the complexity of everyday life, uncovering the behaviours and tensions that shape how people move through processes. I have a strong interest in creative strategy, translating client needs into clear, considered concepts and design direction. I am now looking to apply this approach within a physical, spatial and material-led practice, with a particular interest in floral design.
I'm keen to learn how studios operate and to gain hands-on experience contributing to arrangements, installations, and event work.

I support adults with learning disabilities in creative workshop sessions, assisting with hands-on making and adapting craft activities to individual needs. My role is to help create a calm, collaborative environment while working with a range of materials and processes.

As a core member of the design team, I worked across complex services from early discovery through to delivery. I helped shape projects from the outset, combining research, journey mapping and collaborative workshops to understand how people navigate services and where journeys break down. I then translated these insights into well-crafted, high-quality design solutions that improve how services function for the people using them.
