As a person, I can say that I am focused, hard-working and extremely dedicated to my pursuits. When working with others, I have got great consideration/respect to those around me, communicate with great attitude and display honestly, friendship right from the start. In terms of developing my personal career, I am hoping to find a job placement within a company where I can work to achieve, represent company goals and make a successful livelihood while doing so.

• Maintained clean, safe working environments to eliminate accident risks.
• Engaged with customers to better understand needs and deliver excellent service.
• Handled customer concerns and escalated major issues to supervisor.
• Coordinate daily floor cleaning across communal areas and public walkways.
• Maintain tidy communal areas and walkways by managing sweeping routines.
• Direct lobby and corridor cleaning by mopping floors and disinfecting surfaces.

Caretaker at Barking & Dagenham (2018-01 – 2020-01)

• The job involved changing lights, cleaning the council blocks by sweeping and washing the floors and filling out forms to prove work was done.

Team Member at KFC (2014-03 – 2015-03)

• Responsibilities include handling customers, taking and packing orders, cleaning designated areas, cooking the products and preparing the side orders.
• The most important task is handling the customers. The customer is the reason why Team Members receive a pay check.
• It is essential that all team members work together to complete tasks. If they work together, things can get accomplished quickly and efficiently.
• For example, if a worker sees that another worker has three or more customers it would help if the team member helped take orders or packed an order to get the customers served quicker.
