I'm a 28 year old with a passion for film, fitness and cooking. I am a keen learner for anything and complete tasks to the best of my ability. I have skills in leadership and communication from my part time coaching role at Llangattok archers.

I have experience in customer service, ICT and finance management from my voluntary work at the Savoy Theatre. I am currently employed as a retained Firefighter for South Wales Fire And Rescue Service and am currently working as a chef at the Robin Hood in Monmouth.

Kitchen Assistant - Gibraltar Nursing home

Helping the head chef prep food and ensure the food was cooked to the right temperature as well as occasionally having to take over the kitchen as the head chef would have to be called into meetings. Left as felt there was no further development being provided.

Chef - The Robin Hood - Monmouth

Further developed cooking and kitchen skills such as food prep and time management. Put in charge of the kitchen which involved stock management and rotation.

Commis Chef / Pastry Chef - The Chase Hotel - Ross On Wye

(2018-10 - 2019-12)

1 rosette awarded restaurant. Started as commis chef and was promoted to pastry chef. Gained experience in working on functions of 200 people and experience working on a line. Business went under at the end of 2019.

Chef - Punch House - Monmouth

Mostly consisted of pub cuisine but also sent to work in other places. Most memorable being the Vivian Arms in Swansea where sent to get the kitchen up to a decent and cleaner standard for the new management to take over. Subsequently sent to other kitchens to get them up to a professional standard.

Mayor's Consort - Office of the Mayor of Monmouth - Monmouth

Involved meeting dignitaries and being involved in a lot of work including charity involving the local community, as well as the Royal Navy and the Royal Engineers.

Local art house cinema. Worked in all aspects doing running jobs, customer service, ICT and the finance management. Know how to handle money as well as having to look after the many famous live acts they had performing there.
