I am a reliable and responsible individual who works part time while studying at Dundee University. I have a passion for learning new things and developing my skills, and I enjoy meeting challenges head on with optimism. Retail Volunteer - Barnardos - Dunfermline

At Barnardo's, I enjoyed interacting with, and helping out customers whilst remaining calm and respectful. Duties also included staying on top of store cleanliness and organising displays so the shop looked presentable for customers. I learned to work well within a team environment, often being praised for my leadership and communication abilities by my managers. I was also till trained, dealing confidently with cash and card transactions.

My work as a kitchen porter has improved my ability to work under pressure, and requires flexibility and good time management. When required, I fill in for front of house positions such as serving food and helping customers, and I enjoy working as part of a fast paced team to help deliver a great service and experience for them.
