I have successfully managed complex land purchases from identification through to planning approval working closely with all stakeholders. I have excellent negotiation and communication skills along with conducting due diligence I have a track record in sourcing land that aligns with business goals.

I have the ability to balance commercial awareness with technical planning insight being well versed in local and national policy. I have led both internal and external team as well as mentoring and developing team members and I am extremely keen on team development.

I have worked for both niche and national house builders and developers as well as agency. I have a strong track record in acquiring residential and mixed use development opportunities in the south east and London.
