Scope of work includes void housing programme, commercial building reactive repairs and scheduled statutory maintenance, capital works, small projects, commercial and residential groundworks, adaptation programmes, damp and mould remediation, asbestos removal and other ad-hoc projects.

• Streamlined H&S paperwork and onboarding of subcontractors, ensuring they were compliant across multiple contracts and sites
• Implemented a safe-system of work in the properties to ensure all trades could work in a safe environment; this same protocol was then adopted by the local council
• Secured an additional kitchen replacement programme, managing 20-30 kitchens a month in addition to existing contractual obligations
• Implemented a "first fix" repair programme, resulting in efficiency in time and cost

Contracts Manager - EQUANS

Managed the largest UK contract ensuring statutory compliance while driving cost efficiencies, process optimisation, and value for clients. I led a team of 20+ staff and subcontractors, while implementing strategic initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and overall business growth. Directly manage cyclical repairs and statutory compliance including gas, EICR, fire, asbestos, legionella, and lifts.

Responsible for compliance reporting, audit trails, and remedial actions across the entire Wheatley contract. Direct contract with Wheatley Group.

• Added the Wheatley South contract, securing an additional £3M in revenue, negotiating deal with Wheatley Directors and Equans Senior Leadership Team
• Secured a £400k facilities upgrade project, expanding the scope of services provided
