Employee Relations Specialist & HR Generalist

• Employee Relations: Responsible for all ER cases across the division (all complexities and levels). A varied load of 30-50 cases per month. Identifying trends and approaching settings to understand failures in processes and implementing change.
• Employee engagement: Leading and overseeing the employee voice programme “Employee Forum – Be Heard”. Manging onboarding surveys and pulse surveys and develop based on feedback given.
• Change management: Lead on all change management projects within the division.
• Learning and Development: Designing and delivering the HR training across my division and wider business.
• Talent Management: Reviewing annual performance appraisal data with nursery managers to create development plans and succession maps for employees within the settings.
• Coaching: Proactively coaching and upskilling management on how to lead all HR processes alongside talent mapping, employee engagement and retention using live data.
