I took time away from employment to focus on my family as a military spouse and primary caregiver to my children. Managing a household, supporting additional needs, and adapting to the demands of military family life has strengthened my organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities. My job here is to over see the daily running of the store and report back to the owner, this was more of a front of house position rather than administration, but this gave me time to be customer based. All back of house and stock responsibilities was down to the owner although I did assist in these areas. I also hired new staff and provided full in house training.

Some of my duties include staff rota's, opening & closing the restaurant, help to keep strict labour & food cost percentage's, hiring staff, stock counts, cash handling, marketing & customer service. I have come up with many marketing idea's to increase sales which have proved successful & have had extremely good feedback on my performance here.
