Greenwoods was a provider of custom-built telecommunication solutions for telecom networks (services and products). This was a reactive faced paced business whereby I was solely responsible for managing the entire fleet made up of vans, cars and commercial vehicles and reported directly to the Finance director and Chief Operating Officer. The Company has ceased trading and so I am available to start immediately.
- Production of monthly management commentaries and reports for the management board
- Monthly cost centre reports, budget versus actual spend. Responsible for all legal requirements to comply with current O licence legislation. Inc driver hours, tachographs, inspections, repairs etc.
- Managing an annual budget of c£2 million continuously identifying improvement opportunities by benchmarking performance internally and against industry standards

Fleet Controller - Dignity Funerals

Managing the day-to-day operations of Dignity's UK fleet of 1150 vehicles following UK management buy-out, recruiting & directly supervising 3 staff.
- Directly responsible for bringing the vehicle management function back "in-house", sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts etc. Specifically vehicle maintenance, accident management and all areas of administration such as RFL, fines etc.

- Assisting with problem solving, providing an ongoing analysis of operations and rationalisation potential
