I have over 20 years experience deploying Telecoms Systems and Contact Centre Solutions mainly around the Avaya Portfolio, but also including other manufacturer SBC's and equipment. Also excellent knowledge and understanding of IP technology, windows and linux systems.

As a Lead Deployment engineer, I work with internal and external customers on a daily basis. My duties comprise of the deployment and configuration of Avaya Telephony platforms and Ribbon Edge SBC’s. I am also involved within the design and development of custom telephony solutions. I have strong programming and troubleshooting qualities and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Another expectation of my role within the Projects Team is to act as an escalation point. Offering support and advise to the wider team and in turn engaging with more complex issues and technologies that are being delivered.

I have a Full Clean Driving License

I am Security and BPSS Cleared
