i am very much a people person and am keen to assist to different individual needs. I have a strong passion for customer service and any thing business related which has mostly stemmed from my mum who works in financial services, as well as my part time weekend job in customer service. I believe I could apply my interest and skills to this role. My main strengths are focused on teamwork, customer service and communication skills as well as ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines. Since leaving secondary school in 2023, I have enjoyed various outside of education activities such as the gym where I am interested in swimming and general gym activities. In addition to this, I have taken up driving lessons during my spare time.

Since July 2023, I have been working a casual weekend job at a pub doing mostly pot wash but also waitressing as well which has equipped me with some very good social skills and knowledge around dealing with customers and any potential complaints. I thoroughly enjoy being surrounded by a sociable environment as I see myself as a confident, bubbly person who is always happy to assist to peoples needs. I would love to apply this passion to this role.

i completed my GCSES in may 2023 at Great Western Academy and received 5 very good results including a 6 in Religious studies, a 6 in English literature, a 6 in English language, a 4 in maths and a 4 in textiles.
