I am a friendly, hardworking, and enthusiastic Level 2 Qualified Beauty Therapist with a passion for helping people feel confident and look their best. I enjoy working with others, building relationships with clients, and providing a high standard of customer care. Alongside my beauty qualification, I currently work at Miller & Carter as a waitress and bartender, where I have developed excellent communication, teamwork, and social skills in a fast-paced environment.

I am now looking for an opportunity to begin my career in the beauty industry, where I can continue to learn, grow, and make a positive difference to clients.

In my current role, I provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest. I take food and drink orders, prepare and serve beverages, handle payments, and ensure customers receive efficient service throughout their visit. Working in such a busy environment has helped me develop strong communication and social skills, allowing me to confidently interact with a wide range of people.

I have learned how to stay calm under pressure, work effectively as part of a team, solve problems quickly, and build positive relationships with customers. These skills have given me confidence and will transfer well into a beauty therapist role where client care is essential.
