I'm a driven and disciplined individual with an incessant hunger to learn and master new skills. For 10 years I've been a part of Taekwon-Do, recently achieving my black belt. This demonstrated my long term commitment and determination. Years of studying art has fostered my creative mind.

Experience

Catering assistant - Sodexo, Wellington college

(2022 - 2025-01)

My part time job at Wellington College has allowed me to improve my confidence in communicating with new people. This work has also involved interacting with a wider range of people from different backgrounds. My work as a catering assistant has included the vital skill of teamwork, shown as during a shift at work I have to be able to communicate effectively due to there being a big group of us. I have also learnt a sense of leadership when helping out new colleagues.

Store assistant - Oliver Bonas

(2024-11 - 2025-05)

During my gap year I worked at Oliver Bonas. This job substantially improved my confidence in taking to new people due to the daily interaction with many different customers. I developed my interpersonal skills through working closely with my colleagues and making sure to please customers in busy settings.

Other Experience

Aside from work, I have also done a week of work experience in primary school where I helped out in a few different years across the school. This meant I got to interact and support a range of different children which was an awarding experience. I have also been a babysitter here and there for a few years which has taught me the importance of responsibility.
