An enthusiastic art graduate with experience in customer service and a strong understanding of maintaining quality of service while under pressure. I acquired knowledge working the till at a previous cafe job, while making sure all work and customer areas were clear and clean and making conversation with regulars to provide a welcoming atmosphere. I frequently made drinks, being formally trained as well as teaching myself as I went, being flexible and working in different areas as required.

Further customer service experience and organization was gained through 2025 volunteer retail work and art sale events, which were entirely self managed. Through university I have developed a solid sense of discipline, which has motivated me to be highly self motivated when working both at work and on personal projects. I practice this by keeping active and social outside of work, frequently the gym throughout the week and keeping up with art as a hobby.
