Ruby Kaye

I’m currently a Fashion Promotion at Ravensbourne Univeristy London who is looking for a great opportunity to gain some experience in the industry to compliment my studies! I’m extremely passionate and excited by the communication and promotion area of the industry and an eager to get involved.

I am currently in my first year at University after completing 2 years at the Fashion Retail Academy where I gained a UAL L3 extended diploma in Fashion Business and Retail at grade Distinction. I have broad experience and knowledge of PowerPoint and am experience in using Adobe photoshop following my 2 years at college.

I am now onto the next chapter with studying my degree and am excited to gain some experience alongside.

• 01 London Limited - Showroom & Communications Intern (02/2022 - 04/2022)

Interning at vintage archive company 18.01 London. My role involved working with vintage and luxury garments and preparing showroom for high end clients. Helping to stylise the showroom and maintain the VM of the showroom. Also creating and photographing new and creative Instagram content.

Selfridges - Sales Associate (10/2021 - 01/2022)

Working as a sales associate during the busy Christmas period. The job required working effectively in a big team and advising customers using product and brand knowledge. During the role I hosted an area of the store, used the till system and work one on one with clients.

DeeSet Logistics - Retail Merchandiser (06/2021-10/2022)

Working within a large retail store to make sure brand area was kept tidy and professional. The role required adjusting store displays based on VM plans, maintaining store appearance, organising stock and assisting customers with queries.
