I am a motivated Media Production graduate from York St John University, eager to begin a career in Content Creation. Through my degree, I have developed hands-on experience in creating, coordinating, and managing content, including directing, shooting, and editing short films, as well as designing magazines, posters, and other visual media. I am efficient in Canva and have strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and InDesign, with solid video editing skills and confidence working behind the camera.

I have a strong understanding of major social media platforms and their audiences, alongside excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. My background in customer service has strengthened my problem-solving abilities, time management and multitasking skills, adaptability, and resilience, allowing me to remain calm under pressure, take feedback constructively, and work collaboratively as a reliable team player while delivering high-quality client-focused work.

Front of House at Yo! Sushi (November 2022– Present)

Working alongside being a student.
Experienced in high-volume service, managing many tables during busy shifts, often on by myself, while adhering to strict steps of service.
Demonstrated teamwork on busy shifts through communication to make the job easier for us all, this also included often training new people for the role.
Proactively covered shifts on short notice due to staff sickness and often stayed over time on shifts to offer assistance to my coworkers.
In the absence of a manager, successfully took charge of situations, addressing customer complaints with professionalism.
