Shadowing engineers and observing activities whilst in a safe exclusion zone.
Scanning of paperwork for company internal systems
Scanning of delivery and collection notes.
Assisting with our transport dashboard / allocating jobs to drivers.
Reviewing safety noticeboard.
Laminate certificates and organizing noticeboard display.
Scanning of documents for internal use.
Assisting with scheduling work for the upcoming weeks.
Allocating receipts to purchase on PLEO system
Producing training certificates for customers following training sessions ensuring names and details are correct.
Assisting with booking service of delivery vehicle using online booking service.
Updating holiday board with dates and names and checking stock take.
