I will give every child the best possible start in life. I intent to provide the support and encouragement that allows them to succeed their prospective and come upon their own capabilities and talents as they grow up. I also intend to prepare standard and stability, to provide a secure foundation, safe and challenging environment, partnership working, equality of opportunity and anti-discriminatory practices.

This is so that every child is included and supported. Every child makes good process and no child gets left behind.I believe that my strong leadership skills, combined with my passion, reliable and creative skills for working with young children has enabled to work as part of a team and gain experience dealing with people of all ages in a childcare setting. These roles enabled me to plan activities for children and communicate effectively with all parents and staff.

I am a highly motivated individual who can adapt easily to new tasks and situations. I have a passion for working with young children and have focused my studies and work experience to enable me to purse a career in this sector. I am currently looking for a nursery assistant position that will offer me valuable experience and training.
