- Provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive
- Responsible for making and changing beds, tidying resident's rooms (with the resident's permission), undertaking light cleaning duties as needed and generally assisting in ensuring that the Home is kept clean, pleasant and welcoming at all times

- Always alert to residents' physical and mental wellbeing, immediately reporting any changes in a resident's condition to a senior person on duty, and accurately maintain and update residents' records as required
- Respect and maintain confidentiality of resident's personal information at all times
- Assist with providing physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities, such as getting out of bed, bathing, dressing, using the toilet and standing, walking, or exercising
- Assist patients with mobility difficulties to move safely and comfortably while offering emotional reassurance, practical support, and motivation tailored to their individual health conditions
- Support individuals with a range of health challenges by providing compassionate care, physical assistance, and encouragement to promote their wellbeing and independence
- Use mobility aids and personal care equipment safely and appropriately, including walking frames and wheelchairs, while always maintaining patients' dignity, comfort, and respect
- Help patients maintain mobility and confidence through safe handling techniques, emotional support, and person-centred care
