The primary role of the Learning Delivery Administrator is to support the Administration Team Leader in providing Capita Talent Partnerships with a robust process for recording learners Individual Learner Record (ILR) data to enable accurate and timely forecasting in line with company requirements. This will include supporting the data collection and upload process to ensure that data/paperwork complies with SFA/SDS/ESF requirements.
- Ensuring that learner information is accurately captured and recorded within Profiler and paper based systems
- Compliance with organisational, SFA/SDS/ESF and Awarding Body processes (Edexcel/ City and Guilds / IFS London institution of banking and finance / ICQ / learner record service)
- Assisting in ensuring that all learners' details both electronic and paper systems comply with SFA/SDS/ESF and Capita Talent Partnerships requirements
- Assisting in completing timely monthly uploads to SFA/SDS/ESF and reporting financial data to the Capita Talent Partnerships management team
- Assisting in producing monthly statistics and data to ensure effective target setting for Talent Coaches
- Support learner recruitment, retention and achievement across the assessment team
- Applying and recording learner registrations and certifications in line with Capita Talent Partnerships and Awarding Body requirements and timescales
- Ensuring that all standards are met and that Talent Coach's comply with procedures and policies
- Plan and execute the delivery of guidance and support where required to the assessment team
- Maintain awareness of company needs and requirements ensuring that the assessment team adheres to the same.

- Liaising with other administrate staff, academic colleagues and students
- Guide students through the application and admissions process by helping them to assess their skills, education and career goals
- Explain academic programs and answer any inquiries regarding application, course and financial aid
- Checking through all Documents to ensure valid UK residents, including Passports, Birth certificates Visas and permits
- Responsible for making sure that student SFE (student finance England) funding application has been processed successfully after the point of initial application
