Work as an integral part of a small professional team of agents tasked with guiding the public through administering a PCR self test. Dealing with hundreds of service users on a daily basis in a professional and friendly manner while adhering to strict Covid-19 safety practices. Booked users onto the sight using in-house security software and filling out the required paperwork accurately and to a high standard.
