- Recruitment and Selection – A short course enabling the participant to have the credentials to be part of a selection and interview programme for candidates. It helps inform the participant of the planning and preparation, attracting the right candidates, effective selection methods, making an offer and giving feedback and evaluation.
- Minute-taking
- Responses to Change – Understanding and creating readiness to change and being aware of possible causes of resistance. Helping to gain commitment and develop new training. Providing motivation and support.
- Springboard – Springboard is an award-winning personal and professional development programme. It consists of four one-day workshops, designed, and developed by women for women. It helps participants to build their way forward and to make good decisions based on what is right for one’s individual life and context.
- Mindfulness – Learning to deal effectively with the stresses and strains of everyday life.
- Stress Management – A course aimed at helping one deal with stress in the workplace and understanding how to cope. Developing confidence to deal with stress and to manage stress in a positive way. An overview of what is considered stress.
- Fire Training – Oxfordshire Fire Service.
- Harassment Officer Training – Preventing and understanding bullying in the workplace and helping maintain a harassment-free working environment
