I am a Consultant in Deloitte’s Human Capital Transformation Activation Practice. I am experienced in leading the change, communications and training activities of a company’s transformation journey, with a focus on delivering sustainable behavioural change through understanding the change, foreseeing the change and empowering people to change.
I am currently aligned to the private sector and have vast experience working with technology industry clients. I am particularly passionate about technology transformation – with experience in S/4HANA implementation and ServiceNow product release, I am confident in delivering change and training work alongside the tech team.
Prior to Deloitte, I have an academic background in psychology and decision science. I hold a Master of Science in Cognitive and Decision Science and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University College London.
