I am a committed and competent individual with a wide range of experience from playing elite level sport to working within Sales and Elite Level Sport. My most recent experience has been within FMCG but I have a wide range of experience with Tech and other industries.

AMFRESH are a Global Fresh Produce company. Here, I was headhunted to be the Senior Talent Manager to drive the teams performance across operations for the 4 UK sites as well as leading on recruitment for back office and senior positions.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of 5 including one Talent Manager. 
• Driving the teams performance and inputting KPI’s
• Developing a junior manager and junior resourcer
• Reporting to the exec team on a quarterly basis (COO, Directors and Heads of) 
• Weekly 1-1’s, appraisals and development plans
• Achieved industry leading time-to-hire results across all areas
• Weekly team meetings
