Hard working, driven individual who sets goals in life and strives to achieve them. Carried myself with pride for working hard, commitment and thrive in challenging and testing roles. Since age 21 after completing university worked full time up until present and have worked in excess of 50 hrs to 80 hrs per week as a standard in the management and engineering roles undertaken.
Have held roles of site engineer, foreman, supervisor, contracts manager and projects manager. Have project managed up to 17 projects at a time ranging from 100K to 120m in contract value. Have had up to 17 site managers working under control and contact teams at any one time, so multi person management is an essential part of skill set.
Controlled budgets, expenses, pricing, programs, ordering, one to one fortnightly assessments on performance and well being and at the same time carried out charity work. Pride myself in charity work and helping others and want to carry on helping people as much as possible going forward. Currently due to start an open university in Ministry to become a Pastor and undertaking a voluntary internship with Compassion Church.
Currently a trainee Pastor and volunteer at Hope Centre Ministries.
