- Successfully delivered the Government multi-million-pound procurement infrastructure of the F35B Lightning aircraft (Project Anvil) at RAF Marham, Norfolk, England.
- Implemented LEAN processes and procedures to deliver optimized service to both the UK and US Governments in line with regulatory articles by maintaining procurement compliance to Military Aviation Authority policy, whilst ensuring the most cost-effective method of delivery is adhered to, and tight budgetary constraints are met.
- Managed and coordinated day-to-day operations of over 1200 civilian contractors, ensuring mandatory training needs are met and the staff and facilities comply with all HSE and SHE mandates.
- Developed key working practices, utilizing continual Improvement methodology and eliminated process waste, thus contributing to Lightning F35 Project being delivered on budget, allowing for the opportunity of future sales to other operating nations as part of gain-share with our government contracted partner's customer.

- Successfully delivered and improvement project for the Norfolk Constabulary as well as several NHS hospitals and Shannon airways.
- Undertook projects for both St Bar's and Ormond Street Hospitals, in addition to work for Shannon airport and the UK's biggest Bus organization.
- Undertook a year of consultancy work for the University of East Anglia Reviewing Campus savings and review of all procurement and contracted needs, utilizing Simpler continual improvement tools and a procurement background of over thirty-seven years.
