This particular job required me to liaise with the car sales team to ensure cars would be prepped in time for collection by the customer. Often working to a tight deadline. I would also work closely with the workshop controller to make sure that outstanding repairs were completed in a timely manner and that all job cards were completed.
Townparks also gave me great experience to work along with other mechanics that had a wealth of knowledge that would lead to collaboration on diagnostics if required.
