Joining the VPS marketing team to manage UK & I output, whilst also supporting the group marketing requirements. Initial 12-month FTC, Extended to Present. Working closely with the senior leadership team to enable sales, increase web traffic and online enquiries as well as support the business through the current rebrand structure.
During my short time at VPS, I have continued to grow my knowledge of the security sector as well as integrating with the team, and quickly becoming a valued asset with the ability to complete all tasks with minimal direction.

Responsible for all Westminster Group marketing requirements, working at a global scale, I have assisted the sales team in targeting emerging markets in the Middle East and Africa, as well as identifying new markets in the UK, mobilising and training the sales team and ensuring full marketing support is provided.
- Create, set out and implement the marketing strategy for the international brands within the group and the Westminster group itself.

Responsible for all company marketing requirements, I constantly engage with the sales and specification team, setting out the marketing strategy and creating content. Assisting the team with customer acquisition and retention. I work collaboratively and manage external agencies such as web developers, graphic designers, and videographers; ensuring the company brand and tone is reflected in all work created and distributed.

Responsible for all company marketing requirements, I coordinate the department and staff ensuring all aspects of marketing are covered. Managing internal staff, PR agencies, Web developers and graphic designers.
- Create, set out and implement the marketing strategy for the business and brands. Delivering success within budget whilst maintaining a healthy ROI.
- Arrange and manage around 7 trade shows a year, as well as managing the sales force for local and national trade mornings and events with our customers. These can be as frequent as 3-4 per week in various locations throughout the country.

Managing the brand, product and public exposure through trade shows, events, magazines and social media with the goal to create enough interest in the product to making it the preferred choice of our target audience. Jigtech is now being sold in over 800 merchants throughout the UK, Dale Hardware expects Jigtech to become its bestselling product range.
Sales and Marketing at KPMS Commercial Limited (2011-01 – 2013-10)
During my time at KPMS I had a very varied role, this included managing the website through a content management system, ensuring product and company information were relevant and up to date. Providing technical assistance to customers, product demonstrations and general customer service. I introduced KPMS to digital marketing by creating E-shots and special offers designed and distributed in-house.
Having such a wide range of responsibilities improved my time management and organisational skills. I strongly believe that working for such a small company allowed me to understand how business works, giving me a well-rounded knowledge which I have been able to apply to my current position and work ethic.
- In 2012, I attended my first exhibition at the BETT show held at the Olympia in London. I was representing a leading international company, Luidia Inc, my role was to demonstrate their new product to the UK audience and provide technical information for the product. Exhibiting at the show was my first real experience in dealing with end users and driving traffic to the company.
