I am a Law graduate with several years of experience in customer-facing retail roles, where I have developed strong communication, teamwork, leadership and problem-solving skills. Working in fast-paced environments has taught me how to communicate confidently with different people, manage challenging situations professionally and work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high standard of service. Although I have not yet gained direct experience within a law firm, I believe my retail background has provided me with valuable transferable skills for the legal profession, particularly client communication, commercial awareness, attention to detail and professionalism.
