Customer Service Advisor at Marie Curie charity shop (2024-06 – 2024-08)
I did some volunteering work in the summer holidays for a couple of weeks, was on the till, dusting shelves, organising, and folding clothes. As a Customer Service Advisor in a charity shop, I helped customers with their purchases, answered questions, and provided friendly service. I worked on the till, managed donations by sorting and pricing items, and kept the shop clean and organized. This role taught me teamwork, communication skills, and how to handle money and transactions.
