I assisted in preparation of food and taking customer orders, I provided excellent customer service, worked part of a team to ensure efficiency in the fast paced environment. Due to the nature of takeaways, it was understandable that sometimes customers were not happy or did not receive their full goods, therefore I was prompt in resolving issues and addressing customer enquiries, complaints – enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to a successful business and positive reviews.

My mother had come to England as a visitor and was frequently unwell, I managed her daily medication routine, ensured she used her inhaler consistently to manage her severe asthma, and monitored her wellbeing, offering patience and reassurance when she became forgetful or anxious. I also supported my late uncle who was living with both cancer and dementia by assisting with his personal needs, maintaining his comfort and offering emotional support and companionship. These experiences have developed my ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to the needs of vulnerable individuals.
