Income Officer - Rochdale Boroughwide Housing

• Provide a customer focused Income service to maximise income collection for the Society.
• Undertake collection of all monies owed to RBH, including current and former arrears and chargeable repairs, using the policy and procedures, and taking proactive action to reduce debt and maximise collection
• To meet or be working towards arrears targets in line with RBH KPI's
