I am a hardworking and reliable individual with a passion for customer facing roles, currently working as an airport lounge assistant. In my previous roles I have gained experience in airline catering, personal care, house-keeping and as a personal assistant. I have also attained a number of certifications and attended a range of training courses that has added to my skill sets.

• Manage daily administrative tasks (file organisation/spread sheet development/ report writing)
• Manage and handle reception areas to include greeting passengers, handling queries via telephone and in person
