Head of Customer Supply Chain - EMEA & EMEA Travel Retail - Not Specified - EMEA
Led distribution across EMEA & EMEA Travel Retail with approx. £500m turnover. Built Team from 3 people to 10 (1 Manager, 1 Inventory Manager, 2 Senior Planners, 6 Planners) and 3 Separate Teams (Inventory, EMEA and Travel Retail). Merchandising & Operations - Primark
Was poached from Superdry. Launched the first sportswear range at Primark, growing the area over two seasons. Responsible for developing the financial strategy and direction of the category, continually monitoring competitor activity. Responsible for sizing project across the division. Created a template for all departments. Sizing became traceable and as a result the template identified risks and suggested a correct size curve.
Knitwear alone found a £8million loss in sales due to incorrect size curves, during a single season. Worked on Netsuite Oracle integration project.
Menswear & Operations - Superdry
Menswear all categories and launched Idris Elba Savile Row collections. Undertook a sizing project across all departments, Menswear, Womenswear and Accessories. Analyzing size performance by category and advising sourcing on the right size curves to order to maximize profits. Worked on BT Business Objects integration project.
Niche Brands & Merchandising - Debenhams
Worked across niche brands covering buying and merchandising, responsible for sourcing new brands and the re launching across all stores the niche beauty concept and advent calendar.
Apparel Support & Operations - Harvey Nichols
Was asked to support apparel teams in launching Savage Fenty given experience. Implemented processes and training to improve efficiency of teams and drive profits.
