My role is varied and ever-changing to meet the current needs of the business, but some of my regular duties include:

• Sub-editing and populating content for websites
• Directing tasks with relevant documentation to the appropriate person
• Graphics work for clients
• Handling day-to-day website updates and technical queries
• Putting websites through the QA process
• Launching websites
• Setting up email accounts for clients
• Data-entry for production reports

Prior to being a Website Production Manager, I worked for Levi's as the Tailoring Ambassador for the East of the UK.

• Trained staff across the east of the UK.
• Independently Developed training materials using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign. These were then signed off for national use.
• Developed or improved the spreadsheets used by the Levi's Tailor Shops to manage workload and training needs.

• BA (Hons) First Class degree in Fashion Design & Production
• Various Microsoft Excel courses on LinkedIn Learning, including the “Master Microsoft Excel” learning plan.
