As a child supervisor I was the face of the school, greeting parents, staff and children, liaising with the contractors, dealing with administrative tasks, ensuring health and safety when children were on breaks or wanted to use the toilet, meeting preparation, raising concerns and achievements with the parents or guardians and ensuring only staff where allowed on site. As a teaching assistant primarily and cover teacher when required, I was teaching year three students. I would assist the running of both the Islamic studies and Quranic Tajweed class.

Dementia department Administrator - NHS

As the receptionist / administrator for the Dementia department my role varied in duties. From greeting patients, arranging meetings, writing letters, setting up therapy and party sessions for patients and making reminder calls so that patients would attend on time. At times I would assist with the pastoral care and giving of medication.
I would also work with reprographics with printing, photocopying, labelling and laminating to ensure the Dementia department was running smoothly. Regarding the therapy and party session, this involved setting up food, tea and coffee, playing card games, bingo, singing songs, talking and ensuring general safety.
Teaching assistant - Lee Nursery

As an assistant I would help the teacher with the nursery curriculum. From reading alphabets, story time to singing poems. I'd also do tasks from setting up the prize giving ceremony, toilet duties, feeding lunch and playing outdoors.
