I am a first year fashion design student studying at Westminster university who takes a great interest in the retail industry as I could benefit for learning new experiences and progressing my skills. I have earlier work experience in a fast-paced environment where things can change very quickly. With the use of communication devices, I communicate with my colleagues effectively to ensure that our customers individual experience needs are met.
I am very proactive in resolving any issues that may arise to meet the needs of our customers and if this is not possible then the matter is escalated to the management team. As a fashion student I feel that it is necessary for all customers to feel appreciated, heard and seen. I have capability of this through my customer service skills.
With my experience in a fast paced environment I have the ability to adapt to high energy and enthusiasm tasks. When interacting with customers I make sure that I listen to their needs first and then give them my recommendations second. Making them feel confident and bold in their own skin.

As a receptionist I check in bookings and deal with any other queries that arises to find the best solution for the customers. As a party host I set up the party room with whatever the parents provide for decorations, take the children's orders, and place the order to the kitchen then sing celebration song, finally cut the celebration cake, which is taken home. Another type of celebration we provide Is called Build a Bear party, which is a celebration package.
I attend bar work with exceptional customer service skills, adaptable at problem solving and ensuring customer satisfaction, I have exceptional communication and multitasking abilities in this fast-paced environment. A hands-on team player working alongside colleagues and management.
