I am a 16-year-old student currently looking for my first job. Through my time in the Army Cadets and helping out on a local dairy farm, I've learned how to be reliable, turn up on time (even for 3 am starts), and work well with others. I'm a hard worker, comfortable talking to new people, and I'm looking for an opportunity to gain more experience in a workplace.

Helping Hand / Farm Assistant - Dairy Farm, Narberth - Narberth

• Reliability: Helped with early morning milking and afternoon shifts (3 am – 8 am and 1 pm – 5 pm), showing I can handle a busy schedule and early starts.
• Hard Work: Assisted with daily tasks like feeding livestock and keeping the farm tidy, often working outside in all weather.
• Following Instructions: Learned how to follow specific routines and safety rules to make sure the farm ran smoothly.

Cadet - Army Cadet Force

• Teamwork: Spent time learning how to work as part of a group to get tasks done during training and weekend camps.
• Commitment: Turned up every week for training, which helped me build discipline and learn how to manage my time better.
