Following Taylor Vinters merger. Identify key clients and manage portfolio with fast growth potential to work with, track and identify opportunities for cross referrals. Conducting data analysis and devising actionable insights to inform and deliver to lawyers.
Managing mostly early-stage client portfolio to maximise fast growth, demonstrate client growth, patterns, cross referrals, training opportunities, event invites and year-to-year figures. Meet with client lead lawyer quarterly to plan and execute bespoke growth strategy covering training/invites to events, news on client, client recruitments, billing, possible legal products on offer to suit client, cross referrals and next steps to keep client embedded. Looking at clients in similar business areas to those in portfolio to see which legal services have/haven't yet been offered them, to draw up a timeline on legal offerings for lead lawyer to share with their client to demonstrate growth for the client, resulting in further instruction and greater working relationship.

On returning from maternity leave, a new role, better suited to skills was developed, following recruitment of a Client Relationship Director. Led and was responsible for a project called Dealflow - working with Corporate/Tech and Employment lawyers of all levels to review and grow their "mostly" start-up clients encouraging cross referrals. Worked on and presented PowerPoints to lawyers to demonstrate growth for their client and worked with a lead lawyer of each client to encourage growth behind the legal scenes.
