Psychology BSc (Hons) graduate from Leeds Trinity with a strong interest in applied psychological research particularly within health, wellbeing, and education contexts. Achieved 2:1 degree classification, including a First-Class dissertation investigating the relationship between stress, sleep and emotional regulation among deaf and hard-of-hearing university students. Experienced in conducting independent qualitative research, including participant recruitment, ethical research procedures, data collection, and thematic analysis.

Throughout academic studies, honed strong skills in psychological theory, research methodology and critical evaluation, and interpreting evidence to understand human behaviour. Particular curiosity for biopsychological processes, cognition, and how biological, psychological, and environmental factors interact to influence behaviour and wellbeing.
