I am a motivated individual with a strong interest in IT and technology, looking to begin my career through a 1st Line IT Support Apprenticeship. I enjoy helping others with everyday technical problems and have experience supporting friends and family with setting up laptops, installing software, troubleshooting slow devices, and managing user accounts and passwords. I have completed a Scientific Computing Course, which incorporates Python via freeCodeCamp, where I developed a basic foundation in Python and problem-solving.
I am confident using computers, quick to learn new systems, and able to explain technical issues clearly. I am keen to develop my skills further, gain hands-on experience, and contribute positively to a support team.
I have worked on home projects assembling PCs and installing software, resetting and refreshing devices. These projects have helped me develop problem-solving skills and an understanding of how PCs and devices work together.
