I have over 20 years of customer service experience and have recently completed a master’s degree program in CAMH MENTAL HEALTH. I enjoyEd all the roles I have taken on over the years and have always excel in them. I enjoy helping customers with their enquiries to achieve to best outcome, henceforth, my extensive experience in customer focus role.
I am a passion about my job roles and always make sure I achieve my goals. I am calm, cool and collective and always put the customers first. I work well under pressure and as well as using my own initiative and as part of a team.
I have over 20 years of customer focus experiences. I have work experience from administrative work to customer service to support worker role to housing office management to now Teaching Assistance working with children that are on the spectrum of Autism.
