Case Coordinator – Customer Technical Services at Byrnes Dental Lab (2025-02 – Present)
I was responsible for receiving cases into the lab, data entry and workflow management using the lab systems; working with internal and external customers and suppliers, this was to ensure the cases proceed to completion with accuracy and to production lead times. I also have a deep knowledge of dental terminology and appliances.
Dental Technician – Prosthetics department at Byrnes Dental Lab In this role I would design, fabricate, and repair dental prosthetics and appliances, working closely with dentists to ensure accurate, functional, and aesthetically pleasing results. I would also prep and pour models, trim them and tag them to each specific case. Each week I would be in charge of managing inventory of dental lab materials and equipment, I would then order whatever stock was needed.

In this role I would work closely with Account Directors and Account Managers to deliver all administrative tasks for Retail strategic activities while also be able to deliver to targets set over multiple accounts at a time, I would also work with our BI team to ensure data capture system and BI reporting provides required outputs within deadlines set by both me and the account managers.

This role consisted of speaking with customers and retailers in regards to deliveries of products, I also had a friendly relationship with our delivery drivers and would answer the work phone to help them with any issues and questions, this was a detail focused and upbeat role in which I flourished, with an outgoing office environment and funny atmosphere.
Admin at Amey Defence Services (2020-09-26 – 2022-03-26)
This role was a fixed term contract for me to be introduced to the Office to provide support and help within any aspects of the team while they were filling employee roles. In this role I dealt with a wide range of paperwork, such as Fire log sheets, Emergency lighting documents and legal forms. I have good social skills and spend time answering the phone to a mixture of contractors and clients.
I spent time in the office face to face with contractors and make sure I always approach them with a helpful and smiley attitude.
